Drawn For You Studio ("we," "us," or "our") creates custom illustrated silk scarves. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site or send us an inquiry, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it plain because your trust matters to us.

We only collect what you choose to give us. When you fill out our inquiry form, you may provide:

• Your name and email address, and, if you provide it, your phone number
• Details about your project — your event or project date, event type, estimated quantity and budget, size and fabric preferences, and how you heard about us
• Anything you write to us in a message or reply

When you simply browse the site, our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information (such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view) to keep the site secure and running. This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use your information

We use the information you share to:

• Respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote or proposal
• Design, produce, and deliver your order if you decide to move forward
• Communicate with you about your project, including sending proofs and updates
• Keep records of our correspondence and improve how we serve future clients

We will never sell or rent your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails you didn't ask for.

How your information is shared

We share your information only with the trusted services we rely on to run our studio, and only as needed:

• Hosting & email — our website and email are hosted with Hostinger, which stores the messages and site data on our behalf.
• Project & proofing tools — inquiries are managed through our studio-management software so we can track and respond to your project.
• Payment processing — if you place an order, payments are handled securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Legal reasons — if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Google Fonts

Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. To serve those fonts, Google may receive your IP address. We use this solely for the site's appearance — not for tracking or advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and project information for as long as needed to respond to you, complete any order, and keep reasonable business records. If you'd like us to delete your information and you have no active project with us, just ask.

How we protect it

Our site is served over a secure, encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to your information to those who need it to help you. No method of storage or transmission is ever perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard what you share.

Your choices & rights

You may ask us at any time to:

• See what personal information we hold about you
• Correct anything that's inaccurate
• Delete your information (where we're not required to keep it)

Children's privacy

Our site and services are intended for adults planning weddings, events, and business projects. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
